The journey to and through parenthood can be joyful, overwhelming, and at times deeply painful. Therapy provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to process the many emotions that come with these experiences.
I offer support through all stages of this journey, including pregnancy, the postpartum period, and beyond. Together, we can navigate mood changes, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the stresses of caring for yourself and your baby.
I also hold space for those facing infertility, pregnancy loss, or complicated paths to parenthood. These experiences can feel isolating, but you do not have to go through them alone. Therapy offers comfort, validation, and coping tools as you move through grief, uncertainty, and healing.
