The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your goals, background, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll decide on a direction that feels supportive and helpful for you.

I work with a range of concerns, including but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and perinatal/reproductive mental health. If you’re unsure whether therapy with me is a fit, I’m happy to talk it through.

I am in-network with Aetna, Optum, Oxford, Oscar and United Healthcare and also offer private pay options. If out-of-network, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement if your plan allows.

My private practice is completely virtual. I offer secure video sessions so you can meet from the comfort of your home.
