You, unfiltered

Real healing begins when you feel safe enough to be fully seen.

About me

I’m Dr. Erica

PsyD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my goal is to offer more than just a safe space—I strive to create a place where your story feels valued, your struggles are met with compassion, and your strengths are brought back into focus. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, grounded in evidence-based practices but guided by the belief that healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported. It isn’t about being “fixed,” but about rediscovering resilience, rewriting patterns that no longer serve you, and building a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

My professional path has allowed me to support foster care youth and families, veterans, 9/11 first responders, and professionals navigating the demands of high-stress careers. I also work closely with first-time mothers, individuals healing from trauma, and couples seeking deeper connection. A meaningful part of my practice is dedicated to Black clients and members of faith communities, where I hold space for the cultural, spiritual, and systemic influences that shape their lived experiences.
