General Therapy Services

While my primary focus is supporting first responders, clergy, and clinicians, I also work with a smaller number of clients outside that focus. If you're navigating one of the areas below, I'd still love to hear from you.

Areas of focus include:

•               Trauma — processing past or ongoing traumatic experiences at a pace that feels manageable, not overwhelming

•               Depression — working through persistent low mood, loss of motivation, or difficulty finding meaning in day-to-day life

•               Anxiety — understanding and managing anxiety that's affecting daily life, relationships, or work

•               Lifestyle changes — navigating major transitions, building healthier patterns, or adjusting to a new chapter of life

•               Reproductive mental health — support through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, or pregnancy loss

•               Black communities — culturally-responsive care that holds space for the specific realities of navigating mental health as a Black individual

•               Faith communities — support that integrates spiritual and psychological well-being for those who want their faith held alongside their care, not set aside from it

I draw on psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based work, and trauma-informed care — adapted to what you're navigating and what pace feels right for you. Above all, I see therapy as a partnership: I offer insight and practical tools, while you stay in control of the goals and the direction.

Sessions are confidential and virtual, and I'm licensed to practice across the majority of states through PSYPACT.
